  • What if mediation doesn't work and there is no settlement reached?

     

    If mediation fails, you always retain the right to go back to court and have your case settled by a judge.  Keep in mind that only 1-2% of cases are settled by a judge in the end.  The other 98-99% of cases are settled by the parties, but at a much greater expense than if it was mediated.
